Casa-Feliz is a weekly / monthly rental.
These apt are two bed room ,one bath ,full kitchen, and living room , everything you need is in it.
It is a great place for a family vacation, or friends who want to be together, or crew working in the area. The location is within walking distance to Port Everglades, Convention center , and the Harbor shops. We area about five minutes from the beach ,airport , and down town Fort Lauderdale.We are also pet friendly and our rates can not be beat by any hotel in the area.
Rate
$550.00 per week.....2000.00 per month....A deposit of $450.00 is required before moving in and that will be refundable upon vacancy and released of the premises in the same condition as received .
The rate includes all Utilities,TV Cable,High Speed Internet.
